As a Clearing and Trade Operations Lead, you will provide:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee futures and options clearing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in trade processing, margining, and settlements.
- Leverage expertise in back-office and middleware systems to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
- Manage the full trade lifecycle, from execution through clearing and settlement, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clearinghouses to address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations while mitigating operational risks.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in futures and options clearing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycles and clearinghouse processes.
- Expertise in trade reconciliation, clearing, and settlement.
- Strong expertise in back-office and middleware systems.
- Proven ability to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
